DialogTech is looking for talented individuals aspiring to start their sales careers in a fast-growing, and innovative tech company. As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you'll learn the science behind selling a SaaS solution and obtain the skills needed to maximize your earning potential as a sales professional. Successful ADRs will continue their sales careers as Account Executives, working directly with our clients and prospects.
The SDR assists the sales team by attracting and qualifying prospects that may be evaluating or considering purchasing DialogTech's product suite. The SDR will also promote webinars, trade shows and other marketing events and will work with the Marketing team to generate leads and follow-up.
To be successful in this role, one must possess the following skills:
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about technology
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong work ethic that thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Maintaining high activity with strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well on a highly collaborative team
