About The Position

Raise is searching for driven sales professionals looking to grow their careers. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and securing partnership opportunities for the Inside Sales team. You will gain valuable experience selling to a variety of businesses by phone and email. This position consists of effectively tracking your leads through the sales funnel and scheduling product demos. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, inside sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects while building interest in platform and products
  • Connect with business owners over the phone every day
  • Create value and trust as the first voice of Raise
  • Exceed monthly quotas based on activity and won opportunities
  • Schedule product demos with qualified prospects
  • Partner with Account Executives to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Actively engage new and existing leads, while managing a full sales pipeline
  • Educate, enhance and excite prospects about Raise business partnerships
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year corporate related experience
  • Prior experience selling to businesses is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic business acumen, professional, passionate and naturally solution-driven
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
