Uncorkd provides interactive, digital beverage menus for restaurants. Instead of restaurant diners being presented with a paper wine list, they’re provided an iPad to view tasting notes, see pictures and get recommendations. Uncorkd software is used by hundreds of restaurants and bars nationwide and is quickly expanding.

We’re on a mission to disrupt the way restaurants manage their beverage programs and improve the dining experience. We’re helping the $200 billion alcoholic beverage industry better connect with restaurants and work more efficiently.

We’re looking for a talented Sales professional to help grow Uncorkd.  You will find, court, and sign-up the best restaurants, hotels, private clubs and casinos. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced startup team where you’ll have a significant impact on the success of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and sign-up the best hospitality businesses to be on the Uncorkd platform
  • Call or walk into a restaurant, charm them and establish relationships
  • Present the Uncorkd value proposition and provide product demonstrations, online and in-person
  • Identify the needs of restaurants, prepare proposals and close new business
  • Help formulate sales strategies and processes as we grow

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
  • Self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and superb work ethic
  • Effective communicator who can think on their feet
  • Someone who can create a sense of urgency with prospects and get deals closed
  • Persistence in following up with prospects
