Sales Executive Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual whose primary responsibilities will be to provide a variety of administrative support to the Sales Organization. This person will help increase the overall productivity of the sales organization, by allowing sales leadership to spend more time facing customers and developing their sales teams.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARENT LIMITED TO:
· Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
· Organizing meetings and events (food orders, materials, room assignments, audio visual)
· Manage daily sales dashboards and the broadcasting of KPIs, contest results, TV content, etc.
· Scheduling and calendar management (trade shows attendance schedules, travel arrangements)
· Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations and other team-wide messages
· Provide administrative support for the sales training team as needed
· Capture and document meeting minutes and distribute to participants
· Coordination with other departments (i.e. Marketing, Customer Care, Product Management) to ensure processes affecting the sales team run smoothly
· Quality control and entry of CRM data, Leads, Accounts, Contacts
· Answer, screen and route phone calls, email and other business communications as needed
· Manage, answer and route online chat conversations
· Additional administrative work and project work as needed by the Sales Director’s Team and VP of Sales
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
· 2 years in a support role (ideally a proven track record of high level sales or sales operations administration support)
· Proficient with PC Skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
· Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of meetings and scheduling across numerous internal and external contacts
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals
· Ability to take control and manage tasks independently to closure
· A good, friendly attitude, sense of humor and the ability to deal with the dynamics of a fast paced, high-growth organization
· Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
· Must be adaptable and dependable
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision; also can be an effective team member
· Will show independent motivation, drive and initiative to enhance company and department goals
· Must have the capacity for discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
· Advanced level experience with Excel (v look up and pivot tables)
· Proficiency in the use of Salesforce.com
