As a Grubhub Sales Fulfillment Enterprise (SFS) Lead, you coordinate the onboarding of new and existing Enterprise Chain Restaurants.   This includes working closely with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to meet deadlines while producing a quality product and experience.  The SFS Enterprise Lead is responsible for owning the entire life and scope of Enterprise from creation, follow up, and measurement.  Strong collaborative partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will be critical to succeed in this role.  Additionally, the SFS Enterprise Lead will officially support the teams in whatever direction is needed.  

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
  • Responsible for managing workflow in real time and prioritize and work on time-sensitive special projects
  • Act as the point of contact during onboarding of new and existing Enterprise chains
  • Track cycle times and hold responsibility in meeting deadlines
  • Gather all required information and organize content for multiple parties involved
  • Review all new contracts submitted and coordinate calls with clients as needed
  • Create, maintain, and execute calendar of launches for the purpose of shipping tablets, scheduling training, etc. for upcoming restaurant launches
  • Delegate work to the team including building opportunities, creating accounts, entering menus, and performing quality audits
  • Communicate with Enterprise Sales Reps and Enterprise Account Advisors to ensure successful Go Live
  • Coordinate and hold accountable the QC, Creative Operations, and Restaurant Operations teams to ensure all accounts are fully created and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure all pieces of the process are executed within scope
  • Ensure effective and engaging restaurant experiences
  • Work cross functionally to improve Enterprise onboarding
You Should Have
  • 2-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Experience in organizing all parts of sales cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-4 years of experience required with increasing responsibilities in program coordination or sales.
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems using data
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively and accurately
  • Industry knowledge is a plus!
  • Salesforce experience is a plus!
