OfficeLuv is entering a really exciting time and we are rapidly growing our sales team. With our growth we are looking for an all-star Sales Manager to join our team and help scale the performance of our sales team.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 2 years of relevant sales management experience in B2B sales
- You have extensive knowledge of sales cycles through your own time as an individual contributor
- You have experience in consultative sales
- You have the ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- You are a natural coach; you inspire your team to overachieve, both personally and professionally.
- You have the ability to think on your feet and operate efficiently in an ambiguous environment
- You have a strong history of exceeding goals and helping others grow through training and providing timely, quality feedback
- You have experience executing go-to market strategies and driving market share
- You have experience recruiting and training a highly performing sales team
- You have impeccable written and verbal communication
- You can effectively communicate with the executive team and are creative in new strategies to implement
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees to scale the performance of the sales team
- Coach reps about the best consultative sales approaches
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
