Shiftgig, one of Chicago’s hottest startups, is seeking Sales Analyst to help support our impressive growth. This is a high profile role assisting in optimizing both our Sales and Service Delivery teams. With over 1,200,000 registered members and 22,000 businesses, Shiftgig has become the largest online destination for the restaurant, nightlife, hotel and retail industries. We are in a great River North location.

Responsibilities:

Service Delivery

• Document service delivery framework for each vertical
• Assess and analyze framework with management and executive team to further automate and enhance service delivery as a voice for both the supply and demand sides of our business.
• Act as a liaison between Development, Sales and Service Delivery teams
• Work with Marketing team to develop on-demand collateral; update and own library.
• Determine risk and viability of adding new products to Shiftgig’s offering; add new, approved products to service delivery framework; manage checklist of tasks to go live with new products and manage communications to sales and service delivery teams.

Sales

• Manage and own Deploy Demo instance, rules of engagement, parameters, communications with teams
• Responsible for updating changes to Domo accounts, data points, KPI cards, etc.
• Manage accuracy of team KPI measurements nationally; review, track, analyze and communicate actual performance against plan, forecast and quota on-going.
• Sales performance and ad-hoc analytics and reporting including sales funnel reporting
• Own and manage salesforce.com processes, usage, and reporting requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 2+ years relevant work experience as an analyst, sales ops, or product manager
• Highly analytical with superior problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly productive, able to work under deadline pressure
• Advance excel skills, ability to manipulate data in a variety of formats.
• Knowledge of salesforce.com or other CRM systems a plus
