Sales Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Salesforce.com instances, reporting/dashboards, processes, rules of engagement
Implement, manage and communicate KPI documents, reporting and systems
Support ad hoc sales reporting requests including sales funnel data
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Manage and distribute inbound sales leads
Maintain consistency in the sales organization nationally
Assist in sales prospecting
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Manage the distribution of sales reporting and other essential intelligence
Coordinate training delivery to sales teams
Manage confidential documentation relating to the administration of sales goals and incentive programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1 + years relevant work experience as an analyst or sales ops
Knowledge and experience working with salesforce.com or other CRM systems
Advance excel skills, ability to manipulate data in a variety of formats
Innovative, problem solving skills, analytical ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail
Manage multiple tasks independently and as a part of a team
Highly productive, able to work under deadline pressure
Ability to work with all levels of the organization including the founders and CEO
