 LearnCore is looking for our very first Sales Operations Manager! This individual will help us unlock sales insights and create, optimize, and maintain sales processes and tools. You will manage LearnCores CRM (Salesforce.com), providing visibility and insight to Sales Leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. You will proactively monitor sales activities and strive to maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. You will also facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing best practices with regard to Salesforce maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
  • Manage and administer Salesforce.com CRM, including data quality, reporting, dashboards, and automation of key business processes
  • Manage lead allocation and assignment
  • Partner with business leaders within the sales organization to identify and drive strategic and operational improvements
  • Develop and drive internal RFP process for LearnCore
  • Ensure all content and asset management is up to date by working directly with marketing and product teams.
  • Evaluate and manage any new tools or investments made by the sales organization.
  • Assist in the development of strategic data/information quality metrics/KPIs for sales team
  • Determine appropriate channels to drive pipeline visibility
  • Develop and conduct training on Salesforce.com, Sales Process and Sales Tools
  • Streamline and coordinate processes to drive efficiency in the sales process and improve productivity

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience administering and managing Salesforce, ideally at an organization with more than a handful of Salesforce users (SFDC Administrator Certification would be a nice bonus -  Level 211 Certification would be even nicer).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proven ability to successfully scale an organization’s Salesforce instance while supporting the needs of end users across the organization.
  • Experience with installing and maintaining multiple installed packages
  • Advanced/expert knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and teams
  • Track record of creative problem solving, data manipulation and strategic thinking
  • Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis.
