Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for a specified campaign/s and maintain and monitor the requirements of the campaign contract. The incumbent will establish sales quotas and related performance objectives and provide the leadership to support and develop several sales teams. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, and training necessary to achieve sales, quality and employee retention goals. The Inside Manager will lead specified Agent teams and provide people management leadership as well as workforce optimization analysis for given campaign/s. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational standards and legal requirements are met while delivering superior sales performance and an exceptional consumer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Client/s, managing client/s priorities and make sure all requirements of the contract/s are met and/or exceeded
· Assist in the recruitment, training and retention of highly capable Team Managers and Benefits Center representatives
· Provide people management leadership to assigned shift of Teams and Team Managers
· Drive performance management standards in sales, quality and associated metrics
· Administer schedules, communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and recognize job contributions, adhere and promote compliance with all policies and procedures
· Set and/or assist in setting incoming consumer contact priorities and lead the achievement of BPO objectives and goals for incoming and outgoing consumer contact
· Establish, communicate and implement plans, objectives, and strategies to the sales teams to meet program sales and service level standards
· Coach and develop Team Managers and sales representatives to meet performance objectives while providing excellent consumer experiences, and meeting service levels
Education and Work Experience:
· Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years of relevant management experience in an inside sales environment
· Insurance experience is preferred but not required
· Experience using Microsoft Office; Advanced MS-EXCEL experience preferred
· Experienced in managing, mentoring, coaching and leading a sales team
· Established track record of increasing sales/call center performance
· Exceptional employee relations skills
· Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
