This role on our sales development team provides new hire and ongoing training to the sales organization. This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of sales related content along with ongoing, everyday support of the sales organization. Prior training experience preferred. Results-focused, data driven individuals preferred. Public speaking experience and a track record of sales success a must!
Responsibilities:
Effectively deliver training content to sales organization, in both initial and continued learning environments
Identify needs within sales organization and design training content to improve and influence results
Works effectively by taking initiative in project management, remaining open to feedback and thriving in group collaboration
Liaison to other areas of the organization when new applications/products are being developed and rolled out
Effectively engages audience; dynamic and interactive presenter
One on one coaching to inside sales and outside sales, acting as available resource and expert
Requirements
Minimum 1 year in the Groupon sales environment, 2 years in a sales training role, or 5 years of sales experience
Solid organizational skills
Presentation/public speaking experience
Work hard, play hard. Flexible schedule to accommodate trainings (occasional travel required.)
