Salesforce Administrator
G2 Crowd is in need of a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for ongoing support and administration of Salesforce.com CRM and related integrations. This individual should be a problem solving Salesforce guru with the ability to understand G2 Crowd’s business needs and create actionable plans to solve problems and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally to evaluate needs and provide insight into process improvements and streamlined functionality
Build and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, formulas, and triggers
Develop customized dashboards and reporting for teams
Create and maintain technical documentation
Administer and lead operations on third party integrations and new features
Cross train team members on best practices and provide technical support and recommendations

You are a licensed Salesforce.com Administrator and have 3+ years of sales operations experience
You have strong technical/functional proficiency in Salesforce.com and have the ability to translate business needs into process automation
You have experience with statistical data analysis in a sales environment
You are organized, detail oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities and projects with flexibility
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
