Salesforce Business Analytics Specialist
bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry-leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for Business Analytics Specialist join our Sales Enablement team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analytics Specialist will join our Sales Enablement Team and is responsible for developing and maintaining the Salesforce database for the bswift Sales team, and providing reporting and analysis on a regular basis to sales and senior management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Salesforce build-out, system utilization and standardization of best practices
- Salesforce.com data analytics and management reporting
- Accurate, consistent and actionable dashboard reporting including pipeline current state and projections
- Analysis of sales dat, including; quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year, forecasting, and trending Lead generation/lifecycle analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of data analysis and reporting
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make effective and independent decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
