To lead this, we’re looking to add a SWAN (smart, works hard, ambitious, nice) to our team, a Senior Account Manager who can stun our clients with leadership, creativity, vision and eloquence. Sound like you? Read on.

What you’ll do:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible first and foremost for the happiness of our customers.  As a named account manager for our customers you are their lifeline to our organization.  You will own the relationship as well as the growth that comes from being a “Trusted Advisor.”

Our Senior Account Managers are product experts and are ready and willing to guide our clients through: setups, troubleshooting, integrations, etc.  They work with their customers to meet individual client goals through use of DialogTech’s platform.

Our ideal Senior Account Manager: 

  • Is a digital marketing expert.  You have led campaigns either client side or agency side and truly understand the digital landscape.
  • Manages own book of business.  You are entrepreneurial at heart and this is your opportunity to run your business without the risk!  You are ultimately responsible for the P&L of some of DialogTech’s best customers.
  • Serves as day-to-day client-facing lead. Initiates development of all company plans; works with any other appropriate internal teams - Maintains regular status with client and internal teams.
  • Is our chief quality manager. Acts as the final barrier between DialogTech and client on all outgoing work to ensure quality output is proofed, reviewed and accurate based on agreed upon project details. Escalates issues early and where necessary.
  • Is excellent with the details. This includes gathering all information required to kick off projects, organizing client meetings, reviewing all client-facing materials, recapping key meeting agreements, and keeping team and managers informed of project status.
  • Loves Data. You live in excel and you love it.  A pivot table is your favorite place to be and your clients trust your data and rely on it to make their business grow.
  • Is a collaborative relationship builder. Builds rapport and credibility with client. Collaborates with internal team on all aspects of projects.
  • Leads with confidence. Calm under pressure; flexible and thinks of solutions when plans change. Proactively seeks out self-development opportunities. Is able to learn from their mistakes. Comes to work every day with a can-do attitude.  Not afraid to own a problem.  Doesn’t punt.  Ever.
