 Responsible for meeting Veritas Health client sales and revenue objectives by successfully retaining and serving current clients, increasing sales volume to current clients, managing client education on new strategic plans and/or products and the successful management of the account management team. You will be the primary point of contact between customers and internal VH teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of VH campaigns and products according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

Client-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Meet renewal sales and revenue objectives by effectively presenting, negotiating and selling VH products and opportunities to current clients.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate the value of VH products/services and effectively influence and upsell current clients.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients and as backup to assigned Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate the benefits of VH products and services with clients.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and successful delivery of Veritas Health client products/programs according to VH objectives and customer needs.
  • Clearly communicate reports on the progress of client campaigns to internal and external clients on a timely basis.
  • Follow all VH best practices, policies and processes including selling current products pricing and renewal guidelines, full and accurate documentation in Salesforce, contract procedures. 

Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that subordinate employees are in compliance with Account Management best practices, policies and processes as well as VH Employee policies and processes.
  • Provide leadership and manage the department in conjunction with the CEO to make decisions and solve problems regarding both client concerns and internal account management concerns.
  • Manage and take responsibility for team performance; counsel and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales and quality standards.
  • Manage subordinate employees by communicating and holding subordinates responsible for performance expectations, as well as identifying gaps in essential functions, knowledge base, skills and abilities and finding solutions to fill employee gaps.
  • Accurately evaluate employees; investigate performance concerns; implement disciplinary action as needed in consultation with the CEO and Human Resources. 

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of assigned projects, to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project scope and objectives to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal department leaders to ensure the availability technical, creative and operations resources to complete projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor scope, schedule, communication goals and track progress and document all progress.
  • Measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate issues and questions to management as needed.
