About The Role:

Our Implementation team collaborates with clients to understand current processes, designs a solution that will create efficiencies and eliminate pain points in the recruiting process, and ensures an effective rollout and exceptional on-boarding experience. How You'll Make An Impact:
As a self-starter with strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills, you will help clients leverage our award-winning software as part of their talent acquisition strategy. You will work cross-departmentally to advocate for customer needs and manage all product testing prior to client roll-out, helping recruiting leaders at multinational enterprise organizations to solve hiring challenges and streamline their recruitment practices.
- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects and teams, from project launch, analyzing business needs and solutions design, configuration, testing, and training
- Develop implementation project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Act as a product expert, consulting/advising client partners on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
- Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally to ensure quality and service standards are met
- Provide training to client Super users, who will then deliver your insights to the rest of their team
- Ensure a positive experience for client partners by defining metrics for success, measuring results, identifying areas of improvement, and executing process improvement
- Provide guidance to other Implementation Consultants
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- 4-6 years of experience managing full project lifecycle implementations, preferably within the SAAS industry
- +3 years of consulting or project management experience
- Experience in business process mapping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly develop working relationships with internal and external project teams
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities with varying complexities
- Ability to consult clients on hiring and business process
- Experience in the talent acquisition space is a plus
