Trustwave is looking for a self-motivated professional to join our growing team in this newly created position. As the Disputes Senior in the Chicago office, you will have a direct impact on the organization through the management of the Sales journey, and provide hands-on support as we seek to clarify, resolve & subsequently collect on outstanding invoices and contracts.

You will work with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Legal and Finance in order to seek resolution & closure on those clients that may have invoicing & collection issues. It is a hands-on role that will see you getting involved in a wide range of processes to understand them and implement improvements. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and actively work with, in a hands on manner, the collection activities undertaken on clients that may be in dispute.
  • Manage and ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting for those accounts under review or in dispute
  • Manage & report on those contracts which are being amended through the Order Change Process.
  • Field and resolve inquiries from management and external auditors
  • Continuously monitor the Company’s processes, identify and implement process improvements that generate efficiencies and improve the customer experience.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in or with a fast growth high-tech international business.
  • Private and public company experience preferred.
  • Proven ability and desire to work effectively, delivering accurate results under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
  • Must be “hands on” and a proven and effective leader that garners trust and loyalty
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Degree in a business related field, preferably finance or accounting
We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
