Are you looking to be at the forefront of mobile technology? Then our Customer Success team would be a great fit for you! Our team stands on the front-lines, bringing mobile programs to life for some of the biggest brands in the industry such as: Chipotle, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Home Depot, Banana Republic and Ford. Vibes provides brands with the mobile marketing tools, technology and expertise needed to infuse mobile throughout their holistic go-to-market programming. The customer success team at Vibes provides the expertise and strategic guidance necessary to ensure our customers achieve success on every level.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CS leadership and our customers to plan long-term account vision
- Maximize contract utilization and track KPIs across book of business
- Find and build relationships with senior level contacts
- Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports
- Define and achieve client metrics: ROI, revenue goals, acquisition targets, etc.
- Grow book of business year over year; attain quarterly revenue and renewal targets
- Socialize successes internally and to the broader industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- You really love mobile, technology and innovation
- 5+ years relevant client service/customer success
- Proven track record of building a pipeline and hitting quarterly targets
- Exceptional presentation skills and orchestration of content
- Up to 20% travel
