At Leapfrog Online, the Sr. Digital Program Manager leads in the planning and execution of digital related projects and works cross-functionally in helping clients successfully match up marketing requirements with platform functionality. This position is at the front line between our clients and the cross-functional collaboration between Media, Marketing, UX and Engineering to define and deliver scalable, online ecommerce solutions for our Fortune 500 clients.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for digital marketing and experience with contributing business and technical specifications on integrations while working with the Account Management Team to help grow the account services over time. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on end-to-end project management experience, from project inception to launch of both backend and user facing capabilities.

 

Digital Operations & Client Management Expertise

  • Partner with our Account Management Team and lead our cross-functional teams to optimize multi-channel, multi-device customer experiences to drive online performance leveraging expertise of direct response technique and the digital marketplace
  • Work directly with client and internal stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, estimates, create timelines and identify resource needs for proposal and project implementation plan development
  • Work with Business Development team on scoping new work and onboarding new clients within site builds and process development
  • Plans projects to accomplish goals, reduce uncertainty and increase efficiency by having full knowledge of project details and dependencies
  • Align business requirements with technical capabilities by collaborating with Product and Development teams
  • Work with internal teams to maintain and improve performance based on insights learned during the client engagement process

 

Execute day-to-day operations

  • End-to-end project management, from project inception to front and backend launches
  • Drive marketing operations of your program at a fast-pace, ensuring highest quality and adhering to deadlines, resources and costs
  • Work with the client and the cross-functional teams to communicate insights and project updates, gather requirements, draft project proposals and create actionable opportunities from ideas
  • Oversees operational planning and provides technical guidance and leadership as appropriate to client/client team
  • Drive day-to-day executional leadership against prioritized projects and activities for both the client and the internal teams
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for creative, copy, concepts and web pages
  • Responsible for drafting and executing creative briefs and obtaining team approvals
  • Participate in and contribute to forward planning platform and marketing activities with technical and account lead

 

Team leadership

  • Bridge communication between marketing, design, UI/UX, media, analytics, business development, application engineering and the client to execute deliverables
  • Continuously aware of competitive landscape; identify opportunities and challenges as they relate to consumer experiences
  • Being an active contributor in growing the Program Management team and processes

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital client-facing project management with experience identifying and managing technical requirements as well as digital marketing requirements a must
  • Experience contributing/defining technical specs on new integrations
  • Ability to interface and communicate professionally with clients and internally with multiple roles at multiple levels 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and enjoy the challenge of facilitating diverse backgrounds to execute with the highest quality and efficiency
  • Motivation to learn quickly as new facets in the digital marketing world emerge
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with PM software tools, common web and e-commerce concepts, tools and technologies (testing methodologies, HTML, SEM vs. SEO, project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, CMS, etc.)
