We are searching for a smart, creative, and data-driven Project Manager to optimize Mabbly’s processes and workflows. The Project Manager will be responsible for reporting to each department lead (Design/Development, Content, Data, and Ongoing Marketing).
Responsibilities:
- Drive project schedule & manage resources in all aspects of projects, including website management, development, testing, marketing, etc.
- Create project designs, project plans, creative briefs and project definition
- Drive teams by the use of SOW, tracking hours/budget, creating timelines, conducting meetings and keeping internal and vendor resources on the same page during the lifespan of projects
- Create and optimize processes and workflow
- Anticipate operational pitfalls and discover business opportunities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report to each department lead to ensure all deliverables are on track and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Operations
- 2 years or more of previous project management experience
- Good knowledge of easy content management integration
- Ability to maintain web projects
- Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies and solutions behind these projects and strong computer skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Estimation and timeline management
- Proposal development and creative presentations
- Providing clear direction to both creative and technical teams
