- Construct frameworks for approaching health systems' strategic challenges through innovation and adoption of digital solutions

- Advanced Degree (Clinical degree or MBA, MHA)
- Facilitate discussions with internal and external senior management teams, advancing the team towards action
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to present to internal and external senior management teams
- Strong project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enthusiasm to join an entrepreneurial team and an environment that requires adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, intrinsic motivation, and “doing what it takes”
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time is required; Chicago based
