Senior Enterprise Sales Manager
Must have: Experience selling enterprise size deals ($100K+ ACV) for technology platform (preferably SaaS).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Responsible for the strategic agenda of the B2B Sales team for the US, including setting goals and objectives according with corporate targets.
- Identification of new market and potential growth opportunities, including the growth of new clients/members.
- Understand the organizations global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to our clients.
- Set activities and revenue targets for members of the sales team;
- Build an organizational culture in which performance and corporate values matter focused on helping solution managers close deals.
Operational
- Reporting to Director of Sales and collaborating of sales strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire high-performing salespeople according to HR staffing guidelines;
- Grow, lead, coach and motivate a team of B2B/ Corporate sales people to hit defined targets;
- Set and develop performance and operational goals, ensuring completion and progress;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media; set up meetings with new clients to sell our concept;
- Work on account management plans with the sales account managers;
- Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and/or SAAS sales in a top tier start-up, tech or a large corporate
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams; proven track record as a manager - minimum 5 reports
- Bachelor´s degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Market knowledge of the United States, with a strong senior level network
