The operations organization is looking for a data oriented Sr. Financial Analyst. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be synthesizing large sets of data to build operational models, drive efficiency improvements and measure actual performance to forecast. A Sr. Analyst needs to be well versed in both operational and financial acumen – understand efficiency metrics to line items on the income statement. Attention to detail and a curious mind that digs into outliers & trends is a must.

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle:
- Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Build and maintain delivery operations financial models and reports
- Responsible for forecasting/budgeting KPIs, revenue and expense metrics
- Measure and analyze forecast/budget deviations to actuals and proactively guide market managers to meet their targets
- Run semi-weekly operations performance meetings with market managers and key senior level employees
- Perform ad hoc deep dive analysis on key business drivers
- BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field and 3-4 years experience
- Ability to query and manipulate a large database using either Tableau, SQL or Python
- Self-starter attitude - someone who can initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Balance between attention to detail and swift execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the organization
- Get-it-done mindset – willing to beat down doors until they get what they need
- Both operational and financial model building experience – ability to isolate the key variables and understand what’s driving the business.
- Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Array Formulas, Nested If Statements.
- Prior investment banking / consulting / analytical or related experience; high-growth analytics, product management or operations experience a plus
- Lean Six Sigma qualifications – We love belts, especially the black ones
- Experience with Anaplan budgeting system
- Experience with Salesforce reporting tools
