Senior Financial Analyst - Securitization
You will report to: Chief Financial Officer

The Senior Financial Analyst - Securitization is a newly created role that will be joining our fast paced and talented Finance team. This person will be a key part of the company’s securitization funding activities and will act as the central point of contact for our asset-backed funding programs with both external and internal stakeholders. You will be able to drive process improvement, build relationships with stakeholders, and work in a fun and motivated culture!
You will:
- Prepare and implement monthly servicer reports
- Coordinate the processes across internal and external stakeholders to identify and pledge eligible collateral
- Ensure programs are established and conducted in compliance within deal agreements
- Serve as central point of contact for document clarification or amendments as well as notices and approvals of material changes
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasts for planning funding requirements, notices, and trigger monitoring
- Support and manage investor due diligence and audits, including data accessibility
- Support relationship management with investors and banks
- Lead and develop analyses and presentations to support issuance activities and governance
- Analyze the positioning of the securitized assets across the firm's accounts and identify any irregularities
You’re right for this job if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years’ experience in financial services required; direct experience in capital markets strongly preferred
- Familiarity with securitization transactions
- Excellent quantities, written and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop relationships across departments as both a leader and a participant
