 Senior Financial Analyst - Securitization

You will report to: Chief Financial Officer

This is where YOU come in:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Securitization is a newly created role that will be joining our fast paced and talented Finance team. This person will be a key part of the company’s securitization funding activities and will act as the central point of contact for our asset-backed funding programs with both external and internal stakeholders. You will be able to drive process improvement, build relationships with stakeholders, and work in a fun and motivated culture!

You will:

  • Prepare and implement monthly servicer reports
  • Coordinate the processes across internal and external stakeholders to identify and pledge eligible collateral
  • Ensure programs are established and conducted in compliance within deal agreements
  • Serve as central point of contact for document clarification or amendments as well as notices and approvals of material changes
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasts for planning funding requirements, notices, and trigger monitoring
  • Support and manage investor due diligence and audits, including data accessibility
  • Support relationship management with investors and banks
  • Lead and develop analyses and presentations to support issuance activities and governance
  • Analyze the positioning of the securitized assets across the firm's accounts and identify any irregularities

You’re right for this job if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5  years’ experience in financial services required; direct experience in capital markets strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with securitization transactions
  • Excellent quantities, written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop relationships across departments as both a leader and a participant
