You have a natural business vision, a ten-track mind and can juggle better than any master baton juggler – no seriously. We want a super star recruiter, someone who can network, read people, pick winners and envision our new hires’ careers – as a matter of fact you wear a cape. • Ya gotta have at least 1 year of successful experience in IT recruiting – we love and need developers, quality assurance engineers and UX/UI designers.
• You have visions of recruiting tactics dancing around in your head – you seriously love your job.
• You’re a member of Mensa’s social emotional intelligence group - you get people, you care about them and they like you.
• You love details and are maniacal with the follow-up – you’re OCD and proud!
• You’re a bit of a stickler for any legislation affecting your area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors) – you follow the Department of Labor on Twitter.
• You’re organized and tech savvy. You learn how to use recruitment databases for fun!
• Don’t make us say it - it’s the 21^st Century! You should know how to use web based recruiting platforms along with Outlook, Excel and Word.
