Senior Manager Demand Generation
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director Business Marketing, the Senior Manager Demand Generation will pursue strategic and results-oriented marketing efforts in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted demand generation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to generate high-quality leads and support our sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Define the roadmap and requirements for operationalizing the Marketing Automation (Demand Generation) strategy aligned with Business priorities and Revenue goals for the Business.
- Accountable for managing the performance of direct reports and agency partner resources which includes defining performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and prioritization of workflows.
- Defines the roadmap and process for continuous improvement of current Marketing Automation processes and programs.
- Develops the roadmap for innovation within the Marketing Automation function, including near- and long-term deliverables with associated timelines.
- Serves as the primary liaison with Campaign, Content and Customer Contact Strategy stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization of Marketing Automation use cases and infusion of best practices across overall planned Marketing activities.
- Develops strong working relationships with business, marketing, and sales leadership to define and oversee process creation, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement to increase adoption and ensure alignment for lead development, contact acquisition, event support and demand generation.
- Manages internal and external resources to develop, manage and execute measurable demand generation campaigns that engage and nurture prospects to increase sales pipeline and deliver direct revenue. Recommends scoring models, and nurture flows.
- Manages internal and external resources to recommend optimum inbound and outbound tactic mix and partners with strategic communications and business stakeholders to recommend optimal content strategies that drive successful demand generation programs.
- Manages internal and external resources to recommend framework and approach to analyze and translate data into actionable insights on program performance, marketing impact and forecasting. Implements and optimizes defined framework and approach.
- Manages internal and external resources to recommend process and optimal integration of teleservices including business development, contact acquisition, event support. Implements and optimizes defined framework and approach.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with 5 years in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
