How You'll Make An Impact:
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and  within scope
  • Support the Product team to develop, maintain and groom the product backlog
  • Work with Engineering team and with business teams to align deliverables and set priorities
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Assist others in the development of capacity planning and release scheduling
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report to Yello leadership on all aspects of project status
  • What We're Looking For:
  • BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
  • You have 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment working directly with development teams. Your background managing projects at a SaaS company will enable you to assist product owners with sizing and product/sprint backlog maintenance techniques.
  • PMP certification is prefered
  • Experience operating in a Project Manager/Scrum Master hybrid role is a plus
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a plus
  • Experience with project tracking software such as Pivotal Tracker,  Jira or Target Process
  • High-level understanding of development technology and terms (e.g. the difference between Java and Javascript)
  • Demonstrated regular professional development in the field of project management or technology
  • Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
