How You'll Make An Impact:

Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and  within scope

Support the Product team to develop, maintain and groom the product backlog

Work with Engineering team and with business teams to align deliverables and set priorities

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Assist others in the development of capacity planning and release scheduling

Develop detailed project plans to track progress

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Report to Yello leadership on all aspects of project status

What We're Looking For:

BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience

You have 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment working directly with development teams. Your background managing projects at a SaaS company will enable you to assist product owners with sizing and product/sprint backlog maintenance techniques.

PMP certification is prefered

Experience operating in a Project Manager/Scrum Master hybrid role is a plus

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a plus

Experience with project tracking software such as Pivotal Tracker,  Jira or Target Process

High-level understanding of development technology and terms (e.g. the difference between Java and Javascript)

Demonstrated regular professional development in the field of project management or technology

Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated critical thinking skills
