As we expand our trading initiatives, our Trading Recruiting Team is charged with finding, attracting, and hiring this talent into new and niche roles in a highly competitive market. As a Recruiter on our team, you will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers across the firm to source and hire experienced traders and business support professionals. It is our goal to make Optiver a choice destination for top candidates, and this role is critical to our success.

What you’ll do:
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
•   Partner with Hiring Managers to understand our business goals in order to define and prioritize hiring needs
•   Create targeted candidate profiles for our niche trading and business operations roles
•   Spearhead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our creative sourcing plan to identify top talent for unique roles in a competitive candidate market 
•   Drive the assessment, design and implementation of our interview processes to ensure we are identifying strong candidates by facilitating an effective and calibrated interview processes
•   Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for traders and business support professionals for Optiver’s new trading initiatives, including reviewing resumes or applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process 
•   Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on trading candidate pipelines and profiles to identify meaningful insights
•   Ensure we are providing a world-class candidate experience through every step of the interview process
•   Follow industry and hiring trends via internet research and networking; communicate with the team to ensure best practices are in place

What you’ll need: 
•   Bachelor’s degree required
•   3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a minimum of 1-2 years in financial services 
•   Familiarity with Taleo TBE or similar applicant tracking systems
•   Proven track record of building strong credibility across key stakeholders
•   Demonstrated results-driven performance in a team centric environment
•   Experience designing and implementing projects 
•   Excellent talent assessment and candidate management skills 
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
•   Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
