Senior Software Developer
We’re a .NET shop, which includes a mix of C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET. We use Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2012 databases, and Mercurial for source control. Every developer is outfitted with a high-end desktop, including a SSD and dual monitors (perfect for TF2 LAN parties).
The Position:
We’re looking for a Senior .NET developer who is passionate about programming, likes working on small teams, and is ready to tackle coding on all aspects of a powerful enterprise software system, from the database layer to the UI front-end (and everything in between).

- You sought out one of the hardest Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other engineering programs in the country, and nailed it.
- If you were to rate yourself on your object-oriented design skills, you’d rate yourself at least an 8, you’re just that good.
- You’re comfortable jumping into any language, but have some real experience in .NET.
- You enjoy experimenting with new tools and programming techniques.
- You like to take an idea and run with it, and can work with limited guidance when necessary.
- (Extra Credit) You enjoy interface design, and have an eye for aesthetics.
- (Extra Credit) You’re a SQL guru with experience in query optimization.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree or foreign academic equivalent in General Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field with 3.3 - 4.0 GPA
- 5+ years of experience using web and .NET technologies
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Professional and/or academic background in SQL and relational database concepts
- A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
- General understanding of financial concepts
- Able to think creatively about global solutions to testing challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
