Job Description: Vivid Seats is seeking a smart, creative, and data-driven SEO Strategist to join the team. The successful candidate will build relationships and optimize content in order to increase visibility of the web site and other digital assets to search engine users organically.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and implements white hat strategies for ranking on and driving traffic and revenue from highly competitive keywords
• Sets realistic weekly and monthly link building, traffic and revenue goals for top events and works toward meeting or exceeding those goals using tactics that are friendly to search engines and their users
• Researches relevant communities and builds relationships and partnerships with webmasters who can help us increase visibility to a qualified audience
• Works closely with social media and content team to optimize presence and ensure visibility across channels

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related discipline
• 1+ years of professional experience demonstrating success in increasing natural search visibility in-house or for an agency
• Enjoy problem solving and have the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments
• Exceptional organizational skills and fanatical attention to detail
• Have a working knowledge of leading Web Analytics and SEO tools
• Ideally have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and Flash
• Be fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience working in ecommerce is a plus
• A love for sports, music, and all live entertainment
