Social Media Coordinator Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate & coordinate with the Marketing & HR Teams to develop online campaigns to build a following base and engage with current followers on various social media platforms
- Work with copywriter and Design team to develop daily social media posts
- Schedule posts and ensure flawless execution
- Review performance metrics against benchmarks to develop and execute tests for improvements
- Monitor social channels for competitor and topic insights
- Develop and launch paid social campaigns
- Provide monthly updates on performance of campaigns and strategy
Social Media Coordinator Key Competencies
- Passion for digital marketing and technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Knowledgeable and experienced with social media channels
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS
- Understanding of paid social media ads
- Ability to coordinate daily social media monitoring, posting, scheduling, and replying
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns and company initiatives
- Ability to analyze campaign success, insights, and ROI to be shared with Marketing Team
Social Media Coordinator Education and Experience
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required
- Traits: attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
