Role Summary:
McNabb
Technologies is seeking successful, creative CPG marketing
professionals to join our fast growing company as an Account Executive.
Never been in sales previously? No worries, you will be a successful
candidate if you want to pioneer our native Salesforce.com TouchCR
e-commerce solution and we will train and develop you to succeed with
us. You’ll have an opportunity to do something that hasn’t been done
before both at our company and in the Salesforce community. Salesforce
Cloud (Marketing, Service, Sales), data has never been integrated in one
deployable location before. TouchCR brings them all together and
empowers the marketer with combined analytics, intelligent email
communication, Journey Builder, data management, dashboards, reporting,
and shopping cart capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Create and drive revenue through selling TouchCR
Generate
business opportunities through networking, referrals, Salesforce.com
referrals, the ISV community, word of mouth, and warm introductionsFully own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a professional marketer in the Brand or CPG sector
3+ years experience using marketing automation platforms
Fluency in using cloud based solutions (Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS preferred)
Experience interacting with marketing executives at the "CMO” level
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Ability to succeed managing the sales cycle from business inception to final sale
Understanding of e-commerce applications/products and/or willingness to learn
Interested
in consistent six-figure earnings, demonstrating an upwards trajectory
of performance (against individual direct sales quotas of approximately
$1M+)
Nice To Haves (not 100% required):
Marketing automation system sales experience.
Digital marketing agency account management experience
Awards or public recognition for innovation, outstanding performance, community involvement
MBA in consumer marketing or related discipline
