The Sr. HR Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle human resources support in assigned kCura internal client groups. This role is important in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence, and processing improvements within kCura. The Sr. HR Partner will to help us to be the best place to work by promoting a happy, healthy, and engaged workplace community.

Responsibilities

 

• Act as the initial point of contact for all HR related issues to assigned kCura’s client groups in order to help maintain a high touch, high performing culture
o Provide day to day advice and counsel on HR related matters to our employee community at all levels 
o Act as a champion of kCura’s core values and reference them while assessing options
o Coach and support managers in the application of HR guidelines, while providing advice and guidance on HR related matters
o Work with managers on improving effectiveness of their 1:1 coaching sessions in compliance with organizational guidelines 
• Partner with other HR verticals to drive company-wide HR programs and initiatives
o Talent Acquisition - assist with internal talent movement. Help with 30-90 days employee and manager check-in to increase overall employee satisfaction and increase retention
o Learning and Development – assist with assessment and implementation of training solutions and help with establishing targeted, specific learning initiatives focused on specific group’s needs. Examples: Onboarding, management training to proactively support business needs
o HR Services – partner on continuous improvement of HR processes and development of variety of HR reports (turnover, quarterly analysis of kCura’s workforce) to identify key metrics, trends, and observations and provide recommendations to CPO and the Executive Team 
• Partner with the entire company and the HR verticals to ensure successful delivery and follow up of yearly processes such as:
o Performance summary process, management 360 survey, annual compensation/bonus cycle, spring and fall promotion cycle, and benefits open enrollment
o Fosters open communication with employees and managers through the whole processes
• Work collaboratively with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues, including coaching on performance related matters and associated processes
o Perform exit interviews to identify trends and themes and report the results on a monthly basis to the Executive Team
o Analyze trends and metrics as they apply to assigned internal customer group(s).
o Develop proactive actions to further organizational effectiveness
• Assist with other HR programs and projects as needed

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on human resources or related majors
• 7+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, or HR Partner role and PHR Certification
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, HR solutions and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness
• Proven track record of managing a project from needs analysis through implementation
• Understanding of federal and state HR related regulations and compliance procedures
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated history of balancing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• Previous experience supporting remote/international locations
• SPHR Certification and/or Graduate Degree preferred
