GoHealth is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Strategy Associate. The Strategy Associate will be responsible for owning and driving high impact projects across the organization.  By working in parallel with our existing strategy teams, the Strategy Associate will directly influence important initiatives pertaining to strategy, business development, acquisitions, organization and efficiency improvement.   As a member of the team that is responsible for implementing these high profile strategic initiatives, this role will have significant direct exposure to C Level executives, including the CEO, President and Board of Directors.

·         Structure complex and ambiguous business information for GoHealth’s executive team

·         Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of important initiatives across the organization

·         Analyze market trends, key business drivers and the competitive landscape in order to deliver insightful recommendations that support the business

·         Build mutually beneficial relationships and consensus among cross-functional teams to influence  decision making with business unit leaders

·         Work directly with the leaders of our three business units on strategy, business development, acquisitions, organization and efficiency improvement projects

Requirements:

·         Two years work experience with a top-tier management consulting firm preferred

·         Superior change management and leadership skills

·         Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to drive the required changes

·         Excellent thought leadership skills

·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent data analysis skills
