PRIMARY ROLE:

The Supply Chain & Office Coordinator is an integral part of our Operations team ensuring that business activities run smoothly. They will be responsible for inventory purchasing, planning, supply chain reporting and KPIs while also making sure the internal office operations don't fall apart.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage remote warehouse team from goods transfer, processing, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage and coordinate POs and booking carrier shipping based on business needs and timelines.
  • Fulfill small orders from our micro-warehouse: Pick goods from warehouse, pack shipments properly, and ensure the package is fulfilled accurately as ordered.
  • Responsible for tracking supply chain metrics, account/inventory analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for procedural improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Manage rework and refurbish processes.
  • Maintain adequate safety stock levels.
  • Basic office management including purchasing of office supplies, asset management, coordinating with office vendors and building management and managing the corporate apartment.
  • Sort incoming mail and coordinate pick-up of outgoing mail services.
  • Answer and screen all incoming phone calls. Greet and direct all visitors to the office.
  • Assist with coordinating office events, annual gatherings, trade shows, etc.
  • Occasionally perform light assembly operations; Other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-2 years of applicable supply chain, business or accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Supply Chain degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment.
  • Able and willing to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Availability to take occasional calls after hours/in early morning with our manufacturer in China
  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Warehouse processes a plus.
