Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Our mission is to connect millions of people with millions of shifts via our mobile apps and platform. Our apps create a mobile marketplace for businesses and talent to connect in several verticals: food service, hospitality, warehouse / retail, and experiential. Our platform handles shift fulfillment, and all the messy bits associated with labor management.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage the recruitment cycle for all technical talent, working closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates are having a positive experience
Build pipeline of passive talent through sourcing initiatives
Assist with scheduling phone and in-person interviews
Post open positions to all appropriate channels and at times, assist with writing job descriptions
Source and screen candidates for entry-level positions
Consistently follow-up with candidates to update them on interview process and timeline
Ensure all interviewers provide feedback on candidates and document in candidate’s profile
Above activities are typical, day-to-day activities that will be fairly constant; however, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in many other projects! Projects could include: research for new recruitment resources, participation in networking or recruitment events, social media posts, etc.

Tech savviness -- we’re a tech company so we hope you’re as excited about new / evolving technology as we are
Energy -- as recruiters it’s our prerogative to make sure every candidate has a positive, engaging experience with the Shiftgig team
Customer Experience Mindset -- you’re always thinking about the experience someone is having with your company or yourself and you strive to add value in conversations with others
Organization -- this one should be obvious; we have a goal to hire more than 100 new employees in 2017 so there will be many moving pieces to keep track of
Education -- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required, but we hope you’re someone who loves to learn and be challenged
