About The Position

 

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work intimately with all functions of talent acquisition and talent operations at Raise. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the recruitment of all sales, marketing, and technical positions within the company. Your will work directly under the Director of Acquisition to foster a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent through employee appreciation, training, and professional development.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 


  • Full desk recruitment of all open sales, marketing, and technical positions at Raise

  • Researching, identifying, and developing creative and pro-active sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines

  • Assist managers in the development of position profiles on an as needed basis

  • Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with our executive team, internal teams and hiring managers to influence change throughout the entire hiring process

  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Support Director of Acquisition and Raise Hiring Managers with hiring forecasts

  • Work with Marketing to increase company brand awareness among potential recruits and professional relationships

  • Stay informed of workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniques

  • Research, recommend, and facilitate meetups and additional hiring events for Raise to host/ attend

  • 10-15% of this position will focus on Ad hoc projects that may potentially contain cross function HR responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

 

 


  • Understanding of contemporary and best practice recruitment practices and relevant human resources processes

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition through corporate or agency setting

  • Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills

  • Well organized with the ability to plan work, cope with conflicting work pressures, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with CRM management, Word, and Google Applications

  • Previous Project Management experience desired

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
