About the Job
As a talent partner, you’re the first line of defense to both our Influencer network and referred candidates. It’s your job to leverage our technology to source referrals from some of the most successful people on the planet. Pretty cool,right?
Once a candidate is interested, you’ll need to help them through the process from start to hire. The key is transparency & attention to detail. We want to revolutionize transparency and communication, and we’ve built some pretty amazing tools to help you do so.
Responsibilities:
- Source & Guide Candidates through the Hiring Process
Work closely with Client Executives to understand the specifications of each new company & role
Work with our Influencer network and proprietary technology to make sure the right people have the opportunity to refer the best talent.
Prep referrals on intricacies of the role, company, and team
Be vigilant in providing updates & transparency on how the process is going to both Influencers & candidates
Make the team better, every day. Success happens when you’re proactive.
Be agile and fill in other gaps as they come. We’re a small, but dedicated (and growing) team
A sales mentality, but making sure you’re putting the customer, candidate and referrer first.
2+ years as an internal or external recruiter, client executive. Digital experience is a huge plus.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Must have a passion for technology and people
Attention to detail is the #1 requirement. We work in a dynamic environment where you’ll have more responsibility than you’ll know what to do with.

You’re ok with very little direction and know which questions to ask to get the job done
