What you’ll do.
Today, employer branding and the effective communication of a company's story are critical to engaging today's top talent. As a Sourcer on the Talent Relationship team, you will create opportunity marketing content and execute on talent sourcing strategies and methods. This approach requires creative writing skills and the utilization of information tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Internet search engines, Boolean logic, job boards, social media, internal/external databases and information resources. You'll also have to network at Meetups and professional groups to identify technical talent. Staying current with industry trends and new developments to improve your knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape is key.

Skills and Requirements.
- Ability to talk bits and bytes and articulate career opportunities that engage passive talent. Don’t worry. What you don’t know about technology...we'll teach you.
- Highly adept with computer applications, especially G Suite (Google Apps).
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to take requirements and customize outreach programs and by creating messaging that will attract passive talent.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal/communication skills with a desire to network within the industry to identify top performers.
- We have found that Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Library Science majors make exceptional sourcers.
- BS/BA or equivalent required.
