PeopleFoundry is looking for Technical Recruitment Consultants to join our team. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and address challenges
  • Employ a variety of recruiting tactics to consistently deliver excellent results for clients
  • Create recruiting plans for clients and have responsibility for the full lifecycle recruitment process for multiple roles
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Maintain a solid network and pipeline of candidates with accurate documentation in ATS
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives to stay up to date with recruiting best practices and trends
  • Understand the impact of market changes and influences and can communicate potential implications to clients
  • Adjust communication style to fit audience as appropriate
  • Attend various networking events on behalf of clients and PeopleFoundry
  • Team player and collaborator who contributes to the evolution of the company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful track record of building out pipelines within various technical teams to include, engineering, product, data, design, project and infrastructure teams
  • Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and a range of creative recruiting approaches
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual that’s able to structure daily activities/tasks to meet client demand
  • Effective written and verbal communication with day-to-day and senior clients
  • Evidence of excellence in client service
  • Collaborative and able to work with a diverse group of internal and external colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated
