We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern.

This position involves interacting with our users as they use our platform, troubleshooting and resolving any technical or user experience issues a user is facing, working with our development team on quality assurance testing along with new product releases, and most importantly, being a brand ambassador as you support our users.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound phone calls to our customer service line
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with users
  • Providing speedy responses to technical support inquiries
  • Interacting with users via live chat on our platform
  • Utilizing our help desk software to manage incoming support tickets
  • Provide timely updates to users on issues you're looking into
  • Interfacing with our development team on bugs, patches, and new feature releases
  • Performing quality assurance testing on bug patches and new features before they go live
  • Conducting technical training and onboarding with new users

You do not need to be a technical expert for this role. Training is provided and you'll be well versed in resolving any issue a user might face. This is an exciting job because you'll be working with users all over the world (from the US to Australia to India to Nigeria to Mexico to the UK and the list goes on!) No two days are the same and it's always action-packed. Plus, you'll be part of a fast-growing team, working on an amazing product, and helping people interview for jobs!
