Temporary Onboarding Admin
This project has an end date of October 20, 2017.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the promotion creation process by utilizing automation applications
Process internal customer ticket requests related to rate and deal setup updates while meeting service level agreements
Liaison between the On-boarding team and internal customers to ensure support is frictionless and meets business needs
Troubleshoot issues with deal setup and provide guidance to internal customers regarding processes
Take on projects independently while meeting timelines
Analyze and identify inefficiencies into order to streamline processes
Provide after hours support as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years professional experience
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to own and execute on multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
Provide after-hours support as needed
Carry a positive attitude and strive to be a catalyst for change
MS Office and web proficiency, particularly, Excel
Preferred Experience:
Ability to navigate through the Salesforce interface
Previous utilization of Excel macros
Previous travel/hotel experience a plus
