UX & Visual Designer
We are looking for a cutting-edge UX & Visual Designer
As a UX & Visual Designer, you’ll create elegant and intuitive digital designs and customer flows for responsive mobile, desktop and web apps. You will be responsible for understanding our customer’s needs, product technical requirements, and business strategy in order to transform them into high-quality, user-centric interactive and intuitive products. You will deeply understand content and be able to create amazing customer experiences, processes and services delivered to consumers and businesses. You will contribute to building features and products that span across multiple platforms and ensure our customers capture the immense value from our suite of solutions. The UX designer will interface with the company’s founders, software engineering and marketing teams to create best-in-class software.
You’re right for this role if you:
- Have mastered Adobe CS5 or higher.
- Have an obsession for creating cutting edge customer experience and are in sync with the voice of customers, understand their needs, and how they consume content.
- Have proven experience communicating a customer’s journey through personas, user scenarios, stories, gamification, storyboards and wireframes.
- Embrace the Internet, Smartphones and Tablet computing.
- Have deep visual design skills used to refine a digital product for impactful subscription and eCommerce results.
- Are fluent in automation and workflow systems like Jira/Atlassian products and InVision.
The following credentials are key to success:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Interactive Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction.
- At least 5 years professional experience in the design of software applications, software architecture, designing consumer and business websites and/or applications.
- Ability to work through the entire design process using sketching, storyboarding, diagramming, wireframing and prototyping in HTML and Javascript.
- Experience designing interfaces for mobile, desktop and web applications using customer feedback.
- Designing a consistent and fluid customer experience across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude when defending design decisions while demonstrating the flexibility to develop multiple solutions to meet technical requirements.
- Can manage multiple priorities, comfortable working in an iterative process, and staying cool in a fast-paced startup work environment.
