Crafty is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who will be tasked with running all things related to our growing warehouse operations! While we go through a period of rapid growth, this position will be centered around ongoing analyses related to warehouse design, systems, and functionality. We will look to the Warehouse Manager to continually improve our efficiencies at our warehouse by focusing on building, improving, and implementing processes for product inbounds, inventory restocking, order picking, and outbound delivery prep. From account management to technology to delivery strategy to procurement, our Warehouse Manager will interact with all facets of Crafty’s business!

When we first launched on December 1, 2015, our business was a craft beer marketplace that delivered delicious, small-batch local craft beers to offices throughout the city. We have since evolved into a food, beverage, and events management platform for offices in Chicago. Some of our biggest name customers are Google, Uber, Yelp, Salesforce, Trunk Club, WeWork, and Coyote Logistics! While we currently have an awesome team at our warehouse, we’re looking for a leader - someone to manage our team there and help them grow in their respective roles. It’s also important that as Crafty evolves, the Warehouse Manager must be capable of adapting to our changing operations.
