ABOUT YOU
- Available to work Sat and Sun (8 hr shifts starting at your choice of 9, 10 or 11am)
- Experience operating and troubleshooting desktop CNC machines and DIY electronics
- Positive and patient attitude
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable and professional corresponding with both customers and vendors over the phone
- Demonstrate good time management and the ability to work at a steady and efficient pace
- Must be a decision maker and take responsibility for outcomes
- Dependable to show up and work scheduled days and hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Some experience using Google docs and basic web applications is preferred
- Previous customer service experience
