The Quality Control Associate at CookUnity is responsible for ensuring the safety of meals in accordance with HACCP and FDA standards. Tasks include overseeing food production, ensuring adherence to rules, recording temperature data, communicating kitchen rules, and maintaining labeling and temperature standards. Qualifications include the ability to work in a cold prep area, lift up to 25 pounds, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Previous experience in food safety or quality control is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and authorization to work in the US.
