The role

Workforce.com is seeking an ambitious individual who is looking to grow their career at a rapidly growing SaaS company. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing all sales positions for Workforce.com in the United States market. This role will also require travel to college career fairs throughout the year. 

The ideal candidate will bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications.

• 1 plus years experience with full cycle recruitment, preferably at a staffing agency. 

• A creative approach to attracting the best sales talent.

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter. 

• Proven ability to be able to partner with hiring managers and learn from feedback. 

• Ability to manage a large pipeline of talent and update managers and applicants on their status in the recruiting process. 

• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain discretion.
