Let's define "One exceptional Marketing Operations Specialist" as we see it. You love to and are great at:

  • Support developing marketing strategies and managing complex digital campaigns and projects to meet clearly defined success metrics.
  • Manage various marketing processes and planning's to execute marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee MarTech and automation platforms to ensure the marketing team meets its objective and alignment across the business.
  • Responsible for developing the marketing data strategy and analyzing campaign performance to build high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the review and approval process of marketing content and materials to facilitate communications within the organization and to build efficient workflow

  • Heavy focus on operations and marketing campaign management, not people management.
  • Live for analytics. Google Analytics is your jelly. 
  • Is Email marketing (HubSpot preferred) your peanut butter.
  • Do you excel in Power BI - extra thumbs up if you’re certified.
  • Have SEO knowledge. And interest.
  • You love seeing, making and analyzing Ads
  • You practically live in GSuite
  • Your Organizational skills are out of this world
  • You stay cool, calm, and collected while Managing Projects

Your mission:

To promote content via paid marketing campaigns to a target audience to generate engagement, traffic, and qualified leads that drive marketing-attributed revenue

Our mission:

We do this by enabling our retail partners to fund a donation to any charity of their customer's choice. But what good is all our good work if no one knows about it? That’s where you come in.

What you bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience as a marketing operations specialist/manager or similar
  • Analytical skill to analyze marketing data and pull actionable insights from analytic tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Has helped the organization evolve its marketing practices and drove higher efficiency and effectiveness of marketing performance..
  • Has managed spend vs. budget reporting for projects, including ROI reporting on activities.
  • Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ad platforms (Google Ad / Facebook Ad / Linkedin Ad)
  • Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • HubSpot
  • Quicksight or similar (Data management & analysis)
  • Project Management (Certified a plus!)
