ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-oriented, team-focused and mission-driven professional to join our core team as Senior Associate, Strategic Operations. The Strategic Operations team is a centralized team that partners across all functions in the business as we execute against our strategic roadmap, enter new markets and scale the business. You will be responsible for working across our team at Hopscotch to support strategic planning, business model development, product roadmap, go-to-market planning, market entry and planning for scale/growth.
Our ideal candidate will bring skill, tenacity and passion to play an instrumental role to strengthen the company's business strategy, product roadmap, execution against critical priorities and plans to grow and scale. This role is based in Chicago, IL.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Specific responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Work directly with the CEO and across the core team to execute against the company strategy, product roadmap and Operating Plan
Support the buildout of critical foundational infrastructure in the company, including the management process, dashboards/reporting to ensure performance on KPIs, and engagement with the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
Execute against product roadmap including critical capabilities to support the Hopscotch Strategy
Support market entry and patient acquisition accelerators, including de novo clinic buildout, practice acquisition and transformation, marketing, stakeholder engagement and related priorities
Deliver data- and research-driven recommendations to support team strategy, operations, and business execution initiatives based on market trend analysis, competitor dynamics, and key regulatory changes
Analyze competitor landscape to understand existing practices, capabilities and processes (clinical, operational) that enable current PCP 2.0 players and help develop practices and processes that will work in Hopscotch Health target geographies/segments; support business strategy development, including roadmap to build/buy/vend critical capabilities in the short-term and long-term
Support market entry and cross-functional operational planning and execution (business development, integration, operations, clinical, financial, marketing, legal, HR) through the development and support of:
Market prioritization and analysis tools based on critical success factors for the business
Standard market-entry, implementation, and integration playbooks that can be tailored to local market dynamics and needs, including segmentation, community engagement, ancillary services, and provider support/engagement
Market-specific roadmaps including key findings and critical milestones to drive success in market entry and on-going performance
Models to project utilization expectations and capacity needs necessary to maintain target service levels; processes for identifying, mitigating, and remediating process or workflow gaps
Complex project plans, process flows and dashboards to support market entry, implement operational, technology and care model changes and measure success against a roadmap, including milestones/KPIs, timing, interdependencies and milestones
Team engagement strategies to coordinate and support internal team along execution of go-to-market strategies
ABOUT YOU
You would be a great fit for this position if you have 3+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, financial services and/or a healthcare company and you are:
Knowledgeable about healthcare, preferably in the services/provider sector or the payer sector
Results-driven and focus time/resources against the most important priorities
Comfortable with ambiguity and bring a structured, proactive approach to get things done and execute
Strategic and develop robust insights from data and analysis, with an ability to translate findings into action
Articulate and succinct with communication about complex concepts, verbally and in writing, and use synthesized communications to drive results
