Description
Our Global Marketing team is searching for a Presentation Design Specialist who will be primarily responsible for designing compelling and comprehensive presentations that are suitable for various audiences. The Presentation Design Specialist will be expected to conceptualize and deliver clear and compelling visual content based on an understanding of, and ability to execute on presentation best practices. The Presentation Design Specialist will work closely with the design and content team to understand communication objectives, and successfully convey them in a concise and visually appropriate manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Creating presentations that integrate graphics and words to deliver a captivating and clear message
• Collaborating and sharing information effectively with cross-functional team members
• Liaise with project managers throughout the creative process to gather necessary information
• Participate in presentation planning, develop concepts and designs, maintain brand standards, obtain approvals from key stakeholders and arrange for delivery of final product
• Maintain and enhance presentation assets including graphics, image and slide template libraries
• Design and prepare engaging and interactive presentations with compelling content and visuals
• Print and digital production work using Adobe Creative suite
• Maintain branded PowerPoint templates and incorporate enhancements to ensure distinct, sophisticated presentations are being leveraged across external and internal audience
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, including high level of comfort with graphic design projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (preferred) or relevant area of study
• At least 3 years of experience in professional advertising/marketing specifically converting complex content into comprehensive PowerPoint presentations
• Possess strong proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and other alternative presentation software such as Keynote, and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Regularly keeps abreast of the latest presentation and eLearning technologies
• Strong design and layout skills in addition to software proficiency; must have proven ability to develop and convey ideas and stories clearly and effectively
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams
• Proven experience in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Full and extensive proficiency in PowerPoint
